Good afternoon!

We had a great day today.  The students has a lot of fun presenting their interview booklets to the class.  I marked their rubrics and am sending them home with them tonight for you to review.  Their actual booklets are going to stay here in their student profiles until the end of this unit (October 14th).  The children worked on cursive 'l' and 't' today and had a great time turning their letters into cursive words for the first time!  They also worked on long and silent vowels.  The students went to french and music today.

Homework:  Read for 15 minutes, practice spelling words for tomorrow's test, cursive page 11 - 12 and Letters and Sounds pages 6 - 7.

Important information:  Please send in any extra magazines you may have at home for tomorrow's art project.

Trip forms are due tomorrow with $15 if your child is attending the field trip. As of now I am missing forms and payment from Rayn, Emerald, Seanna, Dumeir, Mishal and Ninara.

Math re-test is taking place tomorrow at lunch recess for those who scored a level 3 or lower.
