Please see the rubric attached to this posting.  This is the rubric we have been referencing and referring to in class during our Unit of Inquiry final project the students have been working on.

Quality of oral presentation.
Excellent.
Presentation was always clear and easy to follow.  The information always made sense.  The presentation consistently provided relevant information.
Very good.
Presentation was clear and mostly easy to follow.  The information usually made sense.  The presentation provided relevant information.
Fair.
Presentation was sometimes easy to follow.  The information sometimes made sense.  The presentation provided some relevant information.
Poor
Presentation was unclear and hard to follow.  The information did not make sense.  The presentation did not provide any relevant information.
Use of work periods.
Excellent. 
Worked well at all times.  Consistently participated well in the class no distractions.
Very good.  Worked well most of the time.  Usually participated well in the class with little distractions.
Fair.
Sometimes worked well.  Participation needs improvement.  Often was distracted.
Poor.
Was not able to work well.  Did not participate well and was consistently distracted.

Quality of content.
Excellent. 
Main points were always well summarized within each section.  All important concepts were included.  All questions were thoroughly answered.  The information provided was enlightening and made sense.

Main points were usually well summarized within each section. Important concepts were mostly included.  Most questions were answered well. The information provided was of quality and made sense.
Fair.
Main points were loosely summarized within each section. Incorrect information was found in sections.  Important concepts were loosely included with sparse answers to questions.  The information provided mostly made sense.
Poor.
Main points were incorrect or missed in the majority of the good copy.  Important concepts from the unit were not included.  Questions were not fully answered.  The information provided did not make sense and did not provide proper information to the reader.
Quality of written work.
Excellent.
No proofreading errors throughout the writing.  Cursive was well done throughout.  Pictures and illustrations showed great effort.
Very good.
Few proofreading errors were found throughout the writing.  Cursive was very good throughout.  Pictures and illustrations showed effort.
Fair.
Writing had some proofreading errors.  Cursive showed some effort throughout. Pictures and illustrations showed effort in some sections.
Poor.
Many proofreading errors were found throughout the various sections of writing.  Cursive showed little to no effort.  Pictures and illustrations showed little to no effort throughout.
